Oysho Long Puffer Coat Sleeve Tear - Refund Denied

I purchased a long puffer coat from the Oysho store in Istanbul in January. I did not use the coat at all, and in February I noticed a tear on the sleeve. After noticing the defect, I took the coat to the store and requested an examination. However, without any detailed inspection, I was told that I had caused the damage myself and the product was not processed for examination. Since I noticed this tear without ever using the product, I think this damage may have occurred in the store or during the sales process. I request a full refund of the coat price and the urgent resolution of this situation. I kindly ask you to review the product properly and to ensure that my refund is processed.
I requested a refund for the torn jacket I bought from Oysho Clothing store, but I received no response. Even though it is a brand I have been shopping with for many years, this situation upset me; the jacket remains in my possession and my trust in the brand has been shaken.
