Otelz.com Did Not Pay the Fee Even After I Issued Invoice

I am a property owner. Otelz.com has not paid the accommodation fees that were already paid by the guest, even though we issued an invoice. Many others in the Black Sea region are also experiencing the same issue. We had to file a lawsuit just to receive the money that the guest paid and that Otelz is currently holding. What’s even more absurd is that we couldn’t even reach a resolution during mediation. We strongly advise guests not to book through this platform or through Obilet, which is connected to it. It doesn’t feel right to turn guests away at our doors, but unfortunately, we are left with no other choice.
