Otelz.com Cancels Confirmed Booking (5044339) After Payment!

I made a reservation via Otelz.com on April 23rd with reservation number 5044339. However, the company contacted me, stating that there was an error in the pricing and they would need to cancel the reservation. They cautioned that if we proceeded with our plans to stay at the hotel, they would be unable to provide us with accommodations. Despite my careful planning and anticipation, they insisted on canceling our reservation, even though it had been made weeks in advance. They even proposed an additional charge of 200 or 300 Euros for our hotel stay. I made an online payment for the hotel on April 23, and as a customer, I am entitled to the price I paid. A customer representative named M**** contacted me multiple times, stating that they would cancel the reservation. However, they provided no help or support and abruptly ended the call after promising to cancel. I expect immediate action to be taken.
