Otelz.com Overcharged and Denied Refund

I recently made a reservation through Otelz.com, choosing to pay at the hotel. However, I received a notification that my reservation would be canceled if I didn't make a prepayment. Reluctantly, I decided to make the payment of 6,102 TL as stated in the email. To my surprise, they insisted on charging me 6,300 TL. Despite my objections, they went ahead with the transaction, but the amount was withdrawn in dollars and reflected as 6,596 TL in my account. I never agreed to pay in dollars, and the detailed email I received only mentioned the amount in Turkish Lira. Despite providing all this evidence, they refused to refund the difference. The representative, who introduced herself as Ms. S**, simply claimed that she processed what she saw in the system. I forwarded the confirmation email, but they failed to provide a solution. I demand an urgent resolution and a refund for the excess amount. The confirmation email clearly states the amount as 6,102 TL. My reservation number is 9140979164***, and I am Onur S**.
