Not Recommended Otelz.com, Unprofessional

I made several reservations through Otelz.com. My reservation was checked in on September 4, 2023, and checked out on September 10, 2023. Due to an emergency, I had to fly to Antalya on September 8, 2023, and I informed them and called them to extend my stay by two nights until September 12, 2023. The person on the phone was extremely rude, saying, "We can't help, no chance, no refund." This business is unprofessional. I will not refer anyone to Otelz.com.
