Otelz Canceled My Reservation And Didn't Arrange My Room
We booked a room at Kaya Artemis Hotel through the Otelz app. A few hours later, Otelz.com called us to say that there was no availability at the hotel. Despite other apps showing available rooms at the hotel, they said they would help during working hours but provided no solution. Because the hotel reservation was uncertain, I had to cancel my flight. I informed Otelz that they needed to compensate for my inconvenience, but they refused. I am experiencing a significant inconvenience due to an issue completely beyond my control, despite having made a 100% payment, and Otelz.com is very unresponsive.
