OshKosh B'Gosh Shoes Inaccurate Sizing & No Exchanges

On March 26th, I ordered a pair of Kid Ballet Flat Shoes for my daughter during a sale. The description said the shoes ran true to size, so I ordered her usual size. However, when they arrived, they were too small! My daughter loves the shoes, so I wanted to exchange them for a larger size. But when I contacted customer service, they told me that exchanges weren't possible because the shoes were out of stock. My daughter is very disappointed, and I just want to make her happy. It would have been helpful if the product description had mentioned that ordering a size up might be a good idea. While the products themselves are nice, the sizing information is inaccurate and misleading.
