Asics Running Shoes Order Sizing Error
I recently made a purchase for a pair of Asics running shoes. I made an error in the sizing and reached out to customer service for assistance. They informed me that I had the option to rectify the situation, cancel the order, or make an exchange at the store. When I inquired about the number of branches in Antalya, they informed me that they have branches in Istanbul or Izmir. In addition, they made it clear that the refund would be processed within 1 to 10 days if I decided to cancel. I'm really let down by the lack of support from such a major company. Will I make another purchase? No way. Is it really that difficult to exchange a product for a half-size larger?
