I am pretty frustrated with OrisBet for withholding my winnings despite following their instructions. I started with 10 free spins and turned ₺4 into ₺1880. Before proceeding, I contacted live support to confirm if I could withdraw, and they assured me it was possible. Following their advice, I deposited ₺100, completed the 1x rollover requirement, and submitted a withdrawal request.
To my shock, they not only rejected the bonus but also withheld my entire balance, including my deposit and winnings. This is outright theft, and I demand OrisBet return my money immediately. Such deceptive practices are unacceptable, and I urge the company to take responsibility and resolve this issue promptly.
