Orisbet Added a Bonus Without Informing Me, Then Canceled It for Expiring
Orisbet loaded a bonus into my account without ever notifying me—no email, no call, no message of any kind. How was I supposed to know it was there? I only noticed it by chance when I logged into the site, and by that time, they had already canceled it due to expiration.
This is completely unfair. If you're going to give a bonus with a time limit, the least you can do is inform the user that it's been activated. Instead, they quietly add it, say nothing, and then remove it for "not being used in time."
Honestly, it’s pathetic behavior from a site that claims to be professional. I won’t deposit another ₺ into Orisbet ever again. If this is how they treat regular users, they don’t deserve anyone’s trust. I’m asking for accountability and proper communication. Fix this careless system.
