I am writing regarding a serious hygiene issue with an Oral-B Pro Timer electric toothbrush that I purchased for my daughter.

We have been using the toothbrush regularly for approximately six months. Recently, while checking the brush head connection area, I noticed that the inside of the toothbrush had developed a significant amount of mold.

This discovery is extremely concerning because the product is used for my daughter's daily oral hygiene. Finding mold inside an electric toothbrush after such a short period of normal use has completely undermined my confidence in the product's hygiene and safety.

I do not believe that mold developing inside a product designed for oral care within only six months is acceptable. A toothbrush intended for daily use, especially by a child, should be designed to resist moisture accumulation and maintain proper hygiene under normal usage conditions.

I respectfully request that Oral-B investigate this issue and replace my Oral-B Pro Timer with a new, defect-free product that meets appropriate hygiene and quality standards.

I also encourage Oral-B to review whether similar cases have been reported and, if necessary, examine the product's design to prevent moisture buildup and mold formation in the future.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
