Oral-B Vitality 100 Becoming Unusable Due to Mold — Seeking Replacement


For about three months, mold has been forming on the colored section of my Oral-B Vitality 100 toothbrush. No matter what I’ve tried, I haven’t been able to remove the stains, and the mold has continued to spread over time. This is both unhygienic and visually unpleasant. The product was part of my spouse’s dowry, so the warranty period has expired, and the toothbrush is now unusable.
I am requesting help from the brand in the form of a product replacement, technical support, or an effective cleaning method to resolve this issue. I kindly ask for your assistance.
