I sent my Oppo Enco W51 model headset to your contracted Bakırköy KVK Technical Service on 18.09.2023 for filter cleaning. My headset is broken, but this is not the reason I sent it. I previously received this service from other KVK services, and only filter cleaning was done and sent without paying the fee they charged for the broken repair. Bakırköy KVK technical service is not customer-oriented in any way. Their phones cannot be reached in any way. They have opened a system as WhatsApp live support, but sometimes there is no response for a day. The earliest response time is 1 hour. Also, when you don't see them for 2 minutes after replying, they close the chat. Their behavior is so incomprehensible. Bakırköy KVK has captured my product, so to speak. When my product was first sent, I stated that I only wanted filter cleaning. They charged a repair fee of 900 liras and said that no action could be taken in the service, and the product would not be removed without paying this fee with the following statements. "No action is provided upon request. The product must come out of the quality control tests in perfect working condition." What do you mean, the request cannot be processed? The product belongs to me. I want filter cleaning for a fee, even if it is not under warranty. Do you have the right to take the initiative on this product? I understood this and then just asked them to return my product. However, I have not been able to contact them for days. It appears in the system that a return request for my product has been created, but I am not aware of the fate of my product in any way. I cannot receive my product either. The following information is written in the device tracking: "Dear Customer, Your device has been made ready without processing due to the failure to obtain approval for the repair fee. You can pick up your device from our service center where you delivered your device, or you can call our customer service number 0 850 222 1 585 for approval." The number they have written cannot be reached in any way, and am I going to go to Bakırköy to pick up the device I sent by cargo? Then what are you providing technical service for? In every sense, KVK has not been able to go beyond a name that does not care about its customers throughout this process and stands out with its irresponsibility rather than its service. I hope that this problem will be resolved as soon as possible.
