I Face App Icon Not Showing After Install on My Oppo A55 Unless I Restart

I’ve been dealing with a frustrating and persistent issue on my Oppo A55. Every time I install an app or game from the Google Play Store, the installation completes successfully, but the app icon does not appear on my home screen. The only way to make it show up is to restart the phone, which is incredibly inconvenient. This happens every single time I download something new.

My device is up to date, and I’ve already checked and cleared the cache, Game Space settings, and app permissions, but nothing resolves the problem. Clearly, this is a software-level bug that Oppo needs to address immediately.

To make things worse, customer service has been completely unreachable. I’ve tried contacting support but haven’t received any response or assistance. If Oppo is going to promote its devices as reliable and efficient, it must also be accountable when they stop functioning properly.

I am officially requesting a fix or a clear solution to this issue. If I don’t receive support soon, I will escalate this complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expect Oppo to take this matter seriously and restore basic functionality to the phone I paid good money for.
