Opodo Booking Issue – Unable to Check-In for Paris Flight, Requesting Immediate Refund
On May 5, 2024, I booked a flight from Ankara Esenboğa Airport to Paris through Opodo. However, upon arriving at the airport today, I couldn’t check in, as my name and ticket were nowhere to be found in the system. Despite multiple calls, emails, and attempts to reach customer service, I received no resolution and missed my flight.
This experience has left me both financially and emotionally distressed, and I am still waiting at the airport. I am requesting a full refund from Opodo for this failure. If no action is taken, I will pursue legal action in both Turkey and France to seek compensation for my losses.
