On September 15, I downloaded the Open English app on my Android phone solely to check pricing information. I filled out a form to request prices, but I never received any details. The very next day (September 16), I deleted the app.
Since then, I have been constantly harassed with nonstop calls from 02162120173 and several other numbers—almost every second throughout the day. When I answer, there is complete silence; no one speaks on the line. Even after blocking numbers, the calls continue from new ones.
I want to make it absolutely clear that I never started a membership and never made any payment—I only requested information. This behavior is a serious invasion of my privacy and has caused me unnecessary stress.
I demand that my phone number be permanently deleted from your systems and that these harassing calls stop immediately. Failure to resolve this issue may force me to escalate the matter through official consumer protection and data privacy channels.
