Opel Mokka GS Car Mat Not Delivered

The service I've gotten for my Opel Mokka GS car has been really bad. When I picked up my car on June 17, 2023, they forgot to give me the floor mats. They told me to pick them up a week later at the Bayrampaşa Opel dealership. But I still haven't gotten the mats, and it's been 2 months. Because of this, the carpet in my car has gotten worse. When I call Opel Turkey, they always say the same thing: "Your mats will be delivered soon." It's crazy that they've kept me waiting for months over something as simple as a car mat. I need a solution to this problem right away, and I want Opel to act quickly.
