Opel Insignia Sport Paint Peeling Complaint

I encountered problems with my 2016 model Opel Insignia Sport, including paint peeling, rusting in the roof gutters, and deformations in the steering wheel and gear knob. When I showed these issues to various Opel authorized services in different cities, they dismissed them, stating they were not covered under warranty. Despite Opel's website and informational brochures stating a 12-year warranty for paint, rust, and corrosion, they refused to take any action, citing various excuses. It's disheartening that neither the authorized services nor a company like Opel stands behind their product. I demand urgent correction of this issue by Opel Turkey representation. Depending on the response I receive, I intend to exercise my legal rights regarding this matter.
