I have an Opel Grandland X brand vehicle. My vehicle is a 2019 model and since I bought it, I have had all its maintenance done on time and completely at the authorized service. Unfortunately, the problems caused by the vehicle do not end. 1. Side mirrors freeze and won't turn on in winter. When we asked the authorized service, we learned that we had to come to the service and make it manual every time. 2. In the summer, the vehicle gives a malfunction warning, it goes away when I turn it off and on. When we asked, we got the answer "you can do it in the meantime, write". 3. While driving on the road, the vehicle gives a temperature warning. We stop on the way and turn it off and on. As a family, we did not know what to do because we panicked on the road with 2 children. 4. The vehicle stops on a slope, gives a malfunction warning. When you close and open it, it passes and moves. Again, we were surprised as a family with 2 children. On April 5.10, on the way to work, we called the service when the temperature warning was given again. Fortunately, they came with a tow truck as we had an extended warranty. We found out that the thermostat in our vehicle was malfunctioning. After all the checks were made, we took it from the service on the morning of April 12. 6. Since May 01 (19 days after leaving the service) was a holiday, we wanted to get in our car and go out by making a family plan for our children. But this time, abnormal sounds started to come from the vehicle's engine. Of course, we couldn't use the car, we called the service, it was towed again and we were left without a car again. The problem of our vehicle was taken care of within the same day and it was said that it was a "software error". We are left with the ruin of our day. I ask Opel: Are you selling this car with these problems? Is it normal for a car to go to service once every 20 days?
