Opel Astra 2023 Sunroof Curtain Rail Broke - I Want Free Repair

The rail of the sunroof curtain on my 2023 Opel Astra HB broke the week after I delivered my car to the Opel Avek Service. When I reported this issue on July 7, 2025, despite my car still being under warranty, I was asked to pay ₺30,000. My file number is 30709005. My car is still under warranty, and I have never experienced a similar problem before. I am requesting a free repair under the warranty.
