2023 Opel Mokka Gave Electric Motor Error Right After First Charge

I bought an electric 2023 Opel Mokka, and to my disappointment, there was a message on the screen saying that the electric motor wasn't working right after the first charge at the Oksijen Antınova charging station. what can I say,  I didn't think my first time driving an electric car would go down this path. I'm still not sure where this problem comes from—whether it's the Opel itself or the charging station.also questioning how reliable the Opel Mokka electric model is. this experience has confused and let me down because I had high hopes for the Opel brand.
