I discovered that the the Black Women's Ooahh Slide Sandal from Oofos began to release an unpleasant odour after just a few wears, despite the assertions of odour reduction. Also, I had a lot of trouble using the "Feel the OO Promise" to return the sandals within the trial period of 30 days, unclear instructions and unexpected shipping costs made the return process less streamlined than promised. slow and unhelpful response from customer service was the worst part, Oofos fell short of my expectations, particularly given the high cost of their products. Safe to say, I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience, how come they tag it odorless as I have to pinch my nose when I wear it? Bummer.
