Birkenstock Form Medical Sandal Cracked – Poor Customer Service Response
In June, I purchased a pair of Birkenstock Form Medical sandals, and within a few months, the leather on the side cracked due to its stiffness. I received an email instructing me to ship the sandals to the Form Medical service center, which I did. They received the sandals on the 18th and shipped them back on the 19th without any explanation, simply through Hepsijet Kargo. When I contacted customer service to inquire about the outcome, I was told they couldn’t provide details because the warehouse was at a different location. Instead, they advised me to check any information included with the returned product.
It’s disappointing to pay ₺5,000 for sandals and receive such poor follow-up from a supposedly reputable company. Relying on automated responses and evasive customer service shows a lack of professionalism. This experience has left me feeling deceived. Let this be a warning to others—make informed choices when shopping.
