I Didn’t Receive My 100 eFootball Coins and Was Charged Despite Payment Error
I’ve been playing eFootball for 2 years and never had such a frustrating experience until now. I was supposed to receive 100 eFootball Coins either yesterday or today, but they never showed up in my account. On top of that, I made a payment through the game, and although it displayed an “invalid payment” error, the money was still withdrawn from my account.
This is completely unacceptable. Not only am I missing the coins I was promised, but I’ve also been charged for a failed transaction. I’ve tried to open player packs for weeks now and haven’t had any luck, and now I can’t even use the coins I’m owed. The situation is pushing me away from a game I’ve supported and enjoyed for a long time.
Konami, I demand that my missing 100 Coins be delivered immediately and that the invalid payment charge be refunded or at least credited back in coins. If you want loyal players to stick around, then make sure these technical issues are resolved quickly and fairly.
