Omo App Charged Me After Cancellation and I Couldn’t Even Log In to Stop It

The strategy looked reasonable at first. I followed it for a few months expecting progress, but nothing changed. I canceled, but when I tried to log in, it said no account was registered under my name. Thought that meant I was done with it. Not quite. Omo App still auto-renewed, charging my credit card and leaving me with extra charges. I emailed customer service, but all I got was "Jules," some AI bot (or useless representative) repeating the same garbage—no refund, no real help. They told me to take screenshots, but how? I couldn’t even log in! Zero results, shady charges, and nonexistent customer service make this app a total scam. Unless you enjoy wasting money, avoid it at all costs.
