Omo App Charged Me Without Notice for a Subscription I Never Agreed to

I regret ever installing the Omo app. Months later, I was astonished to see an unexpected charge on my credit card for an auto-renewed subscription I never committed to when I first registered, thinking I was merely following a temporary plan. Though I hadn't even used the app in months, they suddenly deducted my money. I immediately sought a refund since, as a working parent, I cannot afford to squander money on something I do not use. Their so-called "support team" simply passed policy gibberish at me, shunning any accountability instead of helping. They said I should have personally canceled—except I was never informed about the renewal in the first place. This is absolutely unjust, dishonest, and deceitful.
