Omix Service Has Not Yet Repaired My Phone


My device was returned to KVK Service on September 7, 2023, and its legal warranty period had expired. However, neither the manufacturer nor the authorized service has taken any action, leaving us in a bind. We have been unable to reach a satisfactory solution, so I am seeking assistance from this platform. My device's IMEI number is 358603360296601. It's disheartening to be in a situation where I've followed all of the proper procedures and timelines, but the manufacturer and service center have shown no interest in addressing my concerns. As a result of this lack of response, I feel cheated and ignored as a customer. I'm hoping that by sharing my experience here, I'll be able to finally get the resolution and attention I've been looking for for my device issue.
