Lufian Defective Coat Missing Inner Layer

I am writing regarding the Lufian brand coat purchased for me as a birthday gift from the Vialand Garaj Günleri store on 19.09.2026. The product was sold as a faulty and incomplete item, because the inner coat that should be included in the original product is missing and only the outer shell was given to us. When the size did not fit, we requested an exchange, but we were told that size 52 was not in stock. Despite the product being faulty and incomplete, our right to a refund was also denied. In addition, when we searched the product code online, completely different product images appeared, which further increased our doubts about the accuracy of the product. On the tag of the product it is written that it is a Lufian coat with the code 111170054, model name DAMON UYAR, and another label showing 111120054 DAMON SİYAH in size 48. Since the product was sold in an incomplete and defective state and does not match the images and features seen online, I consider it a defective product. For this purchase, a payment of ₺2,500.00 was made by Yapı Kredi credit card on 19.09.2026, as shown on the sales receipt. Within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, I request an urgent refund of the price of this defective product that was sold incompletely, and I ask for the necessary action to be taken without delay to prevent further loss of rights.
