I purchased a ticket through Omio with full protection, thinking it would allow me to change my booking easily. However, when I requested a change, I was shocked to see that Omio is demanding twice the price of my original ticket as a change fee!
How is this fair? I specifically paid extra for full protection, expecting reasonable flexibility, yet now I am being charged an unjustified amount just to make a simple change. This feels like a scam!
Omio, you need to honor the terms of your full protection policy and charge fair fees. I demand an immediate adjustment to a reasonable change fee or a refund of the protection fee! Customers should not be misled like this!
