Omi Dating App Sudden Ban Blocks iOS User Without Explanation

I have been using the Omi dating app on iOS and my account was suddenly banned around three months ago. The app only shows a warning that my account has been banned and I am unable to open or access it at all. Right after this happened, I contacted Omi support by email and explained the situation, but I never received any response or explanation about the reason for the ban or how to solve it. I request that my Omi account be reviewed and that the ban be lifted so that I can access my account again, or at least that I receive a clear explanation of the reason for this permanent ban.
