Omi Premium Account Banned Without Warning or Explanation

I am an Omi Premium user from Thailand and on 17/06/2026 my account was permanently banned without any prior warning or clear explanation of which rule I supposedly violated, even though I have been a paying member of this app for a long time. After the ban, I contacted Omi customer support to ask for clarification and to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response. Being banned without any notification or details about the alleged violation is very unfair for a user who has consistently supported the app financially. I kindly request that my account be unbanned and that any violation record associated with this incident be removed. I also ask for a clear explanation of what happened so that I can continue using Omi Premium according to the rules.
