I transferred 285 USDT to my OKX account, and it’s been stuck for over two weeks. The funds still haven’t been credited, even though the blockchain shows 19 confirmations. The transaction is apparently being held up due to Travel Rule restrictions.
I’ve already submitted all requested information, including images and documentation, to verify the transfer, but the status still shows as “in progress.” This delay is completely unacceptable. My funds are in limbo, and OKX support has not been helpful or responsive.
I expect OKX to immediately process the transfer and credit my account without further delay. I’ve done everything required on my end, and I’m tired of waiting without answers. Please resolve this now—I need access to my funds.
