OKX Suspended My Account and Blocked My Funds Without Justification

OKX has suddenly suspended my account and placed a hold on my funds without providing any clear reason. It’s been 10 days, and I still have no access to my USDT balance. Even worse, I haven’t been able to reach a single human for proper support—there’s no phone number, no responsive customer service, and no real help through the app or website.
According to their explanation, they’ve frozen the funds based on their internal policies and claim it’s tied to "legal obligations" and crypto interest operations. In other words, they’re blocking access to my own money and possibly using it to earn yield—without my permission.
This is unacceptable. I performed the exact same transaction through Binance TR and had zero issues. So why is OKX blocking my money and hiding behind vague legal jargon?
I demand the immediate release of my funds and a full explanation for why my account was suspended in the first place. OKX, you cannot justify freezing someone’s assets under the vague claim of compliance without due process or support. Give me access to my money now—or I will escalate this through every legal and public channel available.
