I invested USD through the OKX app into a platform called nootn.com. Everything seemed fine at first—until I tried to withdraw my money. Suddenly, I was asked to pay an additional conversion fee just to access my funds. This makes no sense. I already paid fees during the investment process—why is OKX allowing yet another charge at withdrawal?
Even worse, I currently can’t access my money at all. I’m stuck in a loop where no one is responding, and there’s no direct support or person to speak to. If this nootn.com platform is a scam or illegitimate, then why is OKX enabling transfers to such sites in the first place?
OKX, you need to take immediate responsibility. I demand answers:
Why was this transaction allowed through your platform?
Why is a second payment required just to withdraw my funds?
And most importantly—how do I get my money back?
I feel deceived and unsupported. If OKX is going to approve connections to third-party platforms, then it also needs to stand by users when problems like this arise. I expect a full investigation, a refund of my locked funds, and a clear policy change to prevent this from happening to others.
