OKX Account Issue – No Support to Fix Incorrect ID Number
I opened an OKX account but mistakenly entered the wrong ID number. I have been trying for a week to correct this issue, but there is no response from support. There is no live chat with real agents, just an automated system that redirects me. It tells me to submit a support ticket, which I have done, yet I still haven’t received any response.
This level of customer service is completely unacceptable for a major exchange. How can users trust OKX when even basic account issues cannot be resolved? I need immediate assistance to correct my ID number so I can access my account properly. OKX, fix this now—stop ignoring your users!
