Okex Blocked My Account and Refuses to Return Funds

I deposited funds into my Okex account intending to trade, but I was met with a message claiming my account had a "compliance and security issue." This has caused serious disruptions, forcing me into conflicts with the people I trade with. I contacted my bank to request a refund, but Okex TR stated they would not process any refunds while the account is under review. To make matters worse, they say there’s no defined timeframe for resolving the issue.
It's absurd that depositing funds is seamless, but once funds are in, they create unnecessary blocks. My name is H**** E****, and my email is registered with Okex. If my funds are not returned or made accessible for trading, I will escalate this matter to law enforcement and file a formal complaint with the prosecutor’s office. I demand immediate resolution.
