OKCupid Is Charging Me Even After Deleting My Account – I Want a Refund

I haven’t used OKCupid for over a year, and I even deleted my account, yet they are still charging me. The app isn’t even installed on my phone, so I have no way to manage or cancel these payments. Despite not using the service, money has been deducted from my account every month, including last month and the month before. This is completely unacceptable. I want this issue resolved immediately and a refund for the charges taken after my account was deleted. I should not be paying for something I do not use. OKCupid, please address this issue as soon as possible!
