My OkCupid Subscription Won't Transfer to New Account
A week ago, I deleted my account. I've since created a new one, but even though I have an active subscription, it's not carrying over to my new account! I'm paying for a subscription that I literally cannot use. To make matters worse, I can't even recover my old account, so my money has completely gone to waste.
This is utterly unacceptable. I paid for a service, and I expect to be able to use it, regardless of whether I've started a new profile. You're effectively stealing my money by denying me access to what I've paid for.
OkCupid, you need to provide a solution for this immediately! Activate my existing subscription on my new account or refund the money I paid for the unused portion. I demand a prompt resolution to this frustrating issue.
