Ogame Customer Service Rudeness in Game Moderation on Turkey Server

I've been playing Ogame on the Turkey server for a long time, and currently, I'm playing in the Saros universe with the username "OziWanKenobi." I reported a violation made by another player in the game, and because I asked 3 or 4 more questions, the game moderator named "Spia" kept responding to me with something like "You don't need to keep asking questions." I find this response very rude. After all, I am a customer of this game, and I cannot accept game operators being so rude. I, too, work as a game tester in the testing department of a leading game company worldwide. Just like me, it is my responsibility to respond to questions from customers and address arising issues, and that's how I earn my salary. I hope the game operators on the Turkey server can be a bit more patient.
