I Face Unfair Penalties in League of Legends Turkey Server Due to Connection Errors

Over the past few days, after recent updates on the League of Legends Turkey server, I have started experiencing random in-game connection errors. As a result, I have been unfairly penalized multiple times by the system. I was banned from entering ranked matches, forced to win 3 normal games before playing ranked again, and even made to wait 15 minutes before queueing. On top of that, I lost LP, my honor level dropped, and my rank decreased — all due to an issue that is clearly not my fault.
These errors occur completely at random. Riot even displayed an official in-game message acknowledging “connection issues and ongoing fixes,” which I screenshot and submitted in my support ticket. Despite this, Riot customer service repeatedly replied with the same generic response, blaming my connection. I explained multiple times that I tested different ISPs, both wired and wireless connections, and even mobile data, yet the problem persisted — always freezing at 99% on the loading screen before disconnecting. This never happens on my PC in other online games.
I request Riot Games to remove the unfair penalties, restore my lost points and honor level, and provide more constructive, attentive support. When the issue has already been acknowledged in-game as server-related, continuing to blame the player’s connection is unacceptable.
