Paid for Fitwell but Can’t Log In for Months – No Support, No Solution

I have been unable to log into my Fitwell account for months, even though I paid for the service. Every time I try, I get an error message blaming my internet connection. However, my internet is perfectly fine, and I have tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data—nothing works!
To make things worse, there is no customer support available to help resolve the issue. I can’t find anyone to contact, and there is no clear solution provided by Fitwell.
Fitwell, fix this issue immediately! I paid for a service that I haven’t been able to use for months. If I don’t get access soon, I demand a full refund for the lost time. This is unacceptable!
