I purchased the NYX Lip Oil around 6-7 months ago, but I am now facing a significant issue with the product. Despite being within its shelf life, the product has visibly changed in both appearance and texture, as shown in the attached photo.
This unexpected deterioration raises serious concerns about the product’s quality and reliability. More importantly, I am worried about the potential harm it could cause to my skin. Not only have I wasted the money spent on this product, but I am also left questioning the brand’s commitment to safety and quality.
I am requesting the following:
A replacement product or a full refund,
Detailed information about your quality control processes,
A statement on measures you will take to prevent such issues in the future.
