I've always loved NYX and have used many of their products without a single issue—until now. I recently purchased their Lip Oil, and to my shock, the product became completely dry and clumpy while just sitting on my shelf. It hasn’t been used excessively, wasn’t exposed to heat or sunlight, and yet it's already unusable.
Inside the tube, there are visible particles and dryness, which is concerning for both quality and hygiene. I reached out to NYX to understand what caused this, but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone or receive any kind of support.
I expect a clear explanation and replacement or refund from NYX. For a brand I’ve trusted and recommended to others, this experience is very disappointing. I hope someone takes this issue seriously and gets back to me promptly.
