I purchased a Nyx Professional Makeup Buttermelt blush just 1–2 months ago, and I'm extremely disappointed with the poor packaging quality. I’ve never dropped the product, yet the lid is already loose, wobbles constantly, and easily detaches from the container. This makes the product difficult to use and impossible to travel with.
I tried reaching out to Nyx via email, but I have received no response. For a product that I paid a premium price for, this level of quality and customer service is unacceptable. I expected more from a reputable brand like Nyx.
I’m requesting either a replacement or an appropriate solution to resolve this issue. Please respond and honor your customers’ trust and investment in your brand.
