Amazon Did Not Provide My NVIDIA 007 First Light Game Code

On June 24, 2026, I purchased a Gigabyte NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Eagle OC SFF 12GB GDDR7 graphics card, model GV-N5070EAGLE OC-12GD, from Amazon Turkey, with Amazon listed as the seller. The product page advertised a complimentary copy of 007 First Light, and the promotion was still visibly active on Amazon’s website when I completed my purchase.

I first contacted Amazon to obtain the promotional game code, but the company directed me to NVIDIA because NVIDIA organized the campaign. When I contacted NVIDIA, I was told that the promotion had ended on June 16, so they could not help me and that I needed to contact Amazon. NVIDIA Turkey provided the same response, stating that the campaign had expired and that Amazon, as the retailer, should resolve the issue.

When I contacted Amazon again, I was told that the company could not verify whether the promotional offer had appeared on the product page and that I needed to provide a screenshot. I trusted Amazon when making the purchase and never expected to encounter this problem, so I did not take a screenshot of the promotion. Amazon and NVIDIA are now shifting responsibility to each other, and neither company has offered a concrete solution.

I relied on the clearly advertised 007 First Light game offer when purchasing the graphics card from Amazon. I am requesting that this issue be resolved and that the promised 007 First Light game key be added to my account.
