Npower Business Solutions Overcharged My Business and Failed to Resolve Billing Issues

With Npower Business Solutions, I have had a somewhat difficult experience; their lack of structure has greatly stressed me. My billing showed anomalies considerably greater than what was first quoted after I moved my company energy account to them. I contacted customer service right away, but instead I was shuffled between departments without clear answers instead of having a fast resolution to the problem. I repeated giving all the required information several times, nevertheless the issue lasted for weeks. Their delayed answers and lack of responsibility rendered the whole procedure needless complexity. For a corporation that bills itself as a dependable partner for companies, this experience has been rather unlike professional. I want their offerings for next clients get better.
