Though I never really got to use it, I paid $25 for a nomad eSIM to use in Jamaica. It hardly triggered on my account at all. Then, out of nowhere, I discovered it had already expired and showed as "used for 5 hours". Since I arrived I never even had an opportunity to connect, so the whole experience was quite unpleasant and demoralizing. Even more surprising is that I have used Nomad eSIM before, as in Indonesia last October, and it functioned well then. When I contacted customer support seeking a refund, they turned down my request. After this, I would not suggest their service since I feel very disappointed.
