MobiMatter eSIM Didn’t Work Abroad – Paid 330₺ for Nothing

I purchased an international data package from MobiMatter for around 330₺, expecting to use it abroad. However, the eSIM never activated and kept asking me to reload it repeatedly. Despite multiple attempts, I was never able to use the package.
When I tried to request a refund, I faced another issue—I couldn’t enter my phone number because I had signed in using Apple ID, and the support section wouldn’t let me submit a request. So now, I’m stuck having paid for a service I never received with no way to contact support.
I demand an immediate refund and a fix for these technical issues so others don’t experience the same problem.
