Nivea Deodorant Leaked and Ruined My Documents

I kept my NIVEA MEN Fresh Sensation deodorant on a shelf inside my office cabinet. Although I checked the expiration date and there appeared to be nothing wrong with the product, an oily liquid leaked from the container and soaked several important documents stored on the same shelf, leaving them completely unusable.
Among the damaged items were a newly issued notarized power of attorney from my business partners and other official documents. Losing these documents has caused me significant inconvenience and embarrassment, and I now expect to spend approximately $65 to have them reissued. I trusted the product enough to keep it in my office, but because it leaked, my paperwork was ruined and I was placed in a very difficult professional situation.
I purchased the deodorant from Gratis about one or two months ago, although I no longer have the receipt. Even so, I believe this product should have undergone stricter manufacturing and packaging quality control. I request that NIVEA inspect the defective product and contact me regarding the financial loss caused by the damaged documents so that an appropriate resolution can be provided.
