Starpets Payment Declined – Visa Card Top-Up Not Working

I have been trying to top up my balance on the Starpets website to buy Adopt Me pets, but my payments keep getting declined even though I am using valid Visa credit cards. The problem started yesterday at around 7:30 am, and since then I have tried three different usable Visa cards. Each time, the site shows a “payment failed / transaction declined, the system has blocked” type of message instead of completing the purchase. In one of the attempts, the payment page displayed a “Payment failed” message from GMPays along with a transaction ID 608403975. I contacted Starpets support about this problem, but they simply said they cannot do anything about it and did not offer a solution or a clear explanation. My cards are usable elsewhere, so the issue appears to be related to Starpets’ payment system or the way payments are being processed for my account. I request that Starpets urgently check and fix this payment issue on my account so that I can successfully top up my balance and complete my purchases, or clearly explain what is blocking the transactions and how it can be resolved.
